The Token Space is an innovative platform designed to facilitate interaction between two key audiences: users looking for gift certificates for professional sessions with specialists and experts offering their services in various fields. The platform aims to become a central hub where users can purchase services from professionals in areas such as health, psychology, fitness, meditation, and more. It also allows users to gift certificates for these sessions, making the process of finding the perfect gift more personalized and focused on well-being.
The Token Space team approached us with a request to create a scalable platform that would meet the needs of both specialists and clients. The main goal was to develop a user-friendly service for booking sessions with calendar integration and automatic reminders for scheduled meetings. Additionally, the platform needed to ensure data security and be ready for rapid scaling to support business growth.
About project
The Token Space project focuses on providing users with two complementary services. First, it is a marketplace for experts, where professionals can promote and sell their services, such as courses, consultations, or individual sessions. They can manage their profiles, view bookings, and communicate with clients through a specially designed interface. Second, users can purchase services from experts or gift certificates for their loved ones for sessions with any available specialist, whether it's a psychologist, fitness trainer, or coach.
The platform also integrates with users' calendars, allowing sessions to be automatically scheduled during available times, providing maximum convenience. The interactive interface ensures quick access to all key platform features, allowing users to easily book sessions, view available options, and quickly select experts based on their individual needs. Additionally, the platform supports a multifunctional search feature, enabling users to find experts across various categories.

Solution
To achieve these goals, we developed a comprehensive solution that covered both the frontend and backend aspects of the project. First, we created a user-friendly and visually appealing interface using FlutterFlow, ensuring fast performance on both mobile devices and desktops. This enabled us to achieve a high level of usability for both groups of users — those seeking sessions with experts and the specialists themselves.
For the backend, we chose the Bubble platform, which provided efficient data management, transaction processing, and seamless service operation. Bubble allowed us to implement all necessary tools for managing bookings, expert profiles, and scheduling. Integration with calendars via the Calendly service automated the session booking process, significantly simplifying the user experience and reducing errors.
Through extensive testing and multi-layered optimization, we achieved high platform speed and stability, even under heavy loads. The platform was designed with future scalability in mind, allowing for easy integration of new features and services to support business growth in subsequent phases.

We created a website and mobile app that allow users to easily find specialists in various fields — from psychology to fitness — and purchase services or gift certificates for loved ones. We also implemented an automatic session booking system with calendar synchronization, greatly simplifying interactions with experts.
For experts, we developed personal accounts where they can manage their schedules, share materials, and communicate with clients. Users gained the ability to review their booking history and quickly contact selected specialists, enhancing the overall platform experience. The platform also provided a personalized approach to expert search, making it easier for users to find the right specialist.
Thanks to its scalability, the platform is ready for future growth, offering more opportunities for users and experts.
