Solution
Our team developed a comprehensive image compression and optimization platform. We began by analyzing various compression algorithms to ensure minimal quality loss while achieving substantial file size reductions. Technologies like JavaFX were used to build a user-friendly interface, while the backend was built using Java with Maven to handle compression logic. We prioritized multi-format support, including WebP, JP2, and AVIF, ensuring the platform was versatile enough to meet different project needs.
A critical aspect of the project was developing an upload interface that supports up to 20 files simultaneously, each up to 50 MB.
