About client
The client approached us with a clear goal: to build a recruitment automation tool that empowers in-house HR teams to attract passive candidates through self-managed advertising. The product — later named Adsee — needed to simplify and automate job ad creation, reduce time-to-hire, and eliminate dependency on marketing or design teams.
A core requirement was to develop a system that could dynamically generate, launch, and optimize recruitment campaigns across Google and social media — without requiring technical skills from recruiters. The platform had to integrate real-time analytics, automate ad targeting based on job descriptions, and offer compatibility with creative tools.

Adsee is a recruitment marketing platform designed to give in-house talent acquisition teams full control over passive candidate sourcing through automated advertising. Built to eliminate reliance on external marketers or designers, the platform allows recruiters to independently launch targeted job campaigns across Google and social media in minutes.
The system includes a built-in targeting algorithm that analyzes job titles and descriptions to automatically optimize ad reach, removing the need for manual configuration. Recruiters can create, customize, and launch high-performing ads using pre-built creative templates and AI-powered content suggestions.
To support strategic hiring decisions, Adsee provides a real-time analytics dashboard that visualizes performance metrics across all live campaigns. The result is a highly scalable and efficient recruitment advertising workflow that reduces time-to-fill and increases qualified applicant flow — without increasing operational overhead

Solution
To help recruiters manage hiring campaigns in-house, we built Adsee — a scalable platform for launching, targeting, and optimizing recruitment ads without relying on marketers or designers.
We designed adaptive interfaces in Figma and developed the frontend using Next.js, HTML/CSS, and Redux. The core feature was an AI-powered targeting algorithm that configures ad audiences based on job data, enabling recruiters to run effective campaigns with minimal setup.
The system integrates with Google Ads and social platforms via API, while OpenAI handles ad copy generation and VistaCreate powers creative customization. A real-time analytics dashboard gives recruiters instant insight into campaign performance.
The platform was tested across environments and delivered with documentation to support smooth adoption

Result
Adsee enabled recruitment teams to internalize ad campaign management, reducing time-to-hire and removing reliance on external creative or marketing support. The platform’s targeting engine ensured that job ads reached the right audience with minimal manual input, while real-time analytics allowed teams to track performance and make fast, data-driven adjustments.
The built-in creative tools — including OpenAI-powered ad copy and VistaCreate templates — accelerated content production and improved ad engagement.
