Solution
For the development of LeadsOtters, we utilized a range of advanced technologies to ensure an efficient and scalable B2B lead generation platform. The key challenge was gathering and processing large volumes of job data from over 60 countries in real-time. To address this, we implemented Apache Kafka for real-time data collection and transfer from APIs, web scraping, and external databases. The data was stored securely in PostgreSQL, providing reliable access for analysis.
On the backend, we chose FastAPI for creating high-performance and scalable APIs, allowing real-time data processing. Machine learning algorithms were integrated to analyze job data and predict potential leads, ensuring accurate and timely information. The frontend was built with HTML and CSS, focusing on user-friendly design, while Swagger was integrated to auto-generate API documentation, simplifying development and testing.
Additionally, we developed an automated notification system using ChatGPT, which generates intelligent alerts and reports for sales teams, enabling quick responses to new opportunities. The platform was designed for scalability and reliability, leveraging Kafka for handling large data volumes, while PostgreSQL ensured data integrity and FastAPI provided a robust API infrastructure.
