With a growing number of distributed teams and independent artists relying on cloud-based tools, the client approached us with a vision to build an integrated platform for secure file sharing, team communication, and direct sales of digital assets — without relying on third-party distributors.

We developed Stym Connect as a secure file sharing and digital asset management platform tailored to the needs of musicians, studios, and creative teams. The platform enables users to upload, organize, and share large audio files, collaborate in real time, and monetize their music directly — all within a single web and mobile environment.
Designed to support seamless teamwork and scalable content delivery, Stym Connect eliminates intermediaries in the distribution process and offers fast, cloud-based file transfer secured by AWS. With built-in tools for chat, notifications, and content collections, the platform supports end-to-end project workflows for music production and creative collaboration.

Solution
To meet the client's need for a secure and scalable file sharing ecosystem, we developed a cross-platform solution that enables creative teams to upload, organize, and monetize digital assets with minimal friction. Using Flutter, we delivered a unified mobile and web application with consistent UX across iOS, Android, and desktop environments.
The backend architecture was built with PHP and Symfony to ensure high performance and data security. By integrating Amazon S3 and AWS infrastructure, we enabled encrypted file storage, fast large-file transfers, and reliable uptime — critical for handling high-volume media content.
To support distributed collaboration and direct content monetization, we implemented real-time chat, content collections, team workspaces, and a built-in marketplace for selling audio files. These features were combined into a seamless flow that supports end-to-end project execution.
